- No parking is available in the harbor, but pay-to-park spots and a parking garage are nearby.
- Free parking is available in the next harbor, a 5-minute walk away; staff can provide directions.
- Pickup begins 60 minutes before tour departure.

- A minimum of 2 passengers is required for each departure
- It is recommended to bring warm and waterproof clothing, as well as sunglasses and sunscreen.
