- Before departure, you will be asked to read and sign a safety waiver from our ticket office.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Only on-time arrivals (less than 15 minutes before) may be guaranteed a spot on the tour, and refunds may be forfeited.
- All departures require a minimum of 2 passengers booked to sail. If there is only one passenger, we will reschedule for another time/date or offer a full refund.
- Admission to Whales of Iceland is included. The museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is about a 15-minute walk from the harbor.

A: While we cannot guarantee sightings of whales or other marine life, our experienced guides do their best to bring you as close as possible to these magnificent creatures. If no sightings occur, we offer a free ticket for another Whale Watching Classic or Whale Watching Express tour.
Q: Are children allowed on the RIB Express tour?
A: Yes, children are welcome on board our RIB boat, but for safety reasons, we recommend they be at least seven years old. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18.
Q: What should I wear on the tour?
A: We provide warm overalls, life vests, gloves, and goggles, but we suggest wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. A waterproof jacket is also recommended in case of rain.

A: No, we do not provide food or drinks on the tour, but you can bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on board. A small kiosk at our ticket office offers water and light snacks for purchase before the tour.
